Leisure and Cultural Services Department and the Antiquities and Monuments Office of the Development Bureau will join hands to organise two sessions of guided tour at the Former Kowloon-Canton Railway Clock Tower in Tsim Sha Tsui on 9 December 2023, introducing the history and architectural features of the Clock Tower, as well as the process of the revival of the Bell’s chime. Participants will also have the opportunity to take a close-up look at the century-old bell on the ground floor of the Tower. Details of the tours are as follow:

Erected in 1915, the Clock Tower was built with red bricks and granite in the Edwardian Classical Revival style. Being an important witness to the early history of the railways in Hong Kong, the Clock Tower was declared a monument in 1990.
