Good news! Starting from the “International Day for Monuments and Sites” of this year, i.e. 18 April 2022, the Friends of Heritage (FOH) Scheme is now open for application all year round and with no quota limit!
Since the launch of FOH Scheme in 1997, the scheme has become a platform for Antiquities and Monuments Office (AMO) to gather friends who are passionate about heritage conservation. Becoming a FOH member, you can attend our tailor-made lectures, workshops, training programmes on Hong Kong’s archaeological and built heritage, visit heritage sites and become volunteers of AMO. Some members have even become our docents after training to help promote public awareness and interest on heritage conservation.
Act now! Let’s join hands to discover and learn more about the heritage of Hong Kong and put our efforts in conserving our invaluable heritage.
